Q: How long does it take to sell my gold in person?

A: Usually 5 - 10 minutes, even customers who have brought in large amounts, it doesn't usually take longer than 20-25 minutes.


Q: Is it safe to send my gold?

A: We advise all customers sending to post via Royal Mail Special delivery. This is a service we have used ourselves several thousand times over the 35+ years of dealing and had next to no issues ever! You can also insure your items for up to £2,500.


Q: When are you open?

A: We are open from Monday to Friday 10am - 4.30pm and Saturdays 10am - 1pm
